344 LARGE PATINATED BRONZE MODEL OF THE LEGENDARY NATIONAL HUNT HORSE, "GOLDEN MILLER", signed with a monogram and dated 1935, rich brown patina, on a rectangular marble plinth. Bronze 53cm by 70cm Note: Golden Miller is considered one of the greatest National Hunt horses of all time. In 1934 he became the first horse ever to win the Cheltenham Gold Cup and the Grand National in the same season. This feat has never been achieved since. He won the Cheltenham Gold Cup in five consecutive years (1932-36). £2000-3000
